Return, Refund, & Chargeback Policy
Because all of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, and personal-use items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly investigate and replace any items that were damaged in transit or due to an error on our part.
Chargeback Policy:
Unauthorized or invalid chargebacks are considered fraudulent. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to permanently ban the customer from future purchases and pursue further action through our payment processor.
