All press-on nails are carefully packed in a custom-designed box to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. We also include nail care essentials like a mini nail file and adhesive for easy application.

Delivery Issues:

If there are any issues with your order or shipping (e.g., incorrect address, lost package), please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Note: Shipping times may vary due to holidays or weather delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
 

Returns:

• Eligibility: We accept returns on unused, unopened shipping press-on nails packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with the external and internal packaging intact, and no signs of wear or damage.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened press-on nails are non-returnable. Items that are damaged due to improper use or application cannot be returned.

Refunds:

• Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping promotion, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
